Professor Giliker reflects on a BACL (British Association of Comparative Law) seminar held before the 2016 SLS Conference at Oxford in homage of late Professor Rudden. Besides being a tribute to this comparative law scholar, the seminar was also the opportunity for discussing methods in comparative law.
